Spice up your Salmon

- Ingredients -

In a small bowl, mix:

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. wholegrain seeded mustard
  • 2 tbs.Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • Few twists (ground) black pepper
  • 1 tbs. good olive oil
  • Shake of dry basil
  • A good splash of sweet chili

Place fish separately on alfoil. Spoon stirred ingredients over fish then seal up foil. Place in smoker oven for about twenty minutes

Serve with salad (& dressing). Beer or red wine
