For the Kids and Big Kids, place normal sausages in smoker oven (do not need to brine sausages) and smoke for approx 20 mins Yum Yum!! Pork sausages taste delicious smoked. For added flavour when smoking, add 1 tsp. of Rum to Bushman's Smoke Dust. |
