Tasty Shell fish

Make a tray of alfoil with the sides turned up and sealed on the corners. Place in Smoker Oven. Cut shell fish into 20 mm squares. Make a white buttered onion sauce. Place squares in tray and pour sauce over. Next cover with grated cheese and season to taste. Close lid and cook until flame runs out. Remove from box and serve.

Cook with or without sawdust.
