Poached Fish

Place a tsp. of butter in a tray.

Lay thick fillets in together with sliced tomato and grated chees and cover with milk.

Sprinkle 20-50 grams chopped onion over the milk.

Place tray in smoker oven, slip lid on, fill burner and cook.

Wait 2 minutes after flame goes out and serve.
