Some hints and tips to keep your smoker oven in peak condition with maximum performance.

Spread out a small piece of alfoil on the centre of the nipper kipper smoker oven and place your smoker sawdust on it. This helps to keep the centre clean and prolongs the life of the oven. After each use simply allow the oven to cool and then remove the alfoil.

If you are not fond of the kipper taste then the smoker oven can be used as a conventional oven. It has proven itself to rival the traditional camp oven in making damper!

Always clean the nipper kipper smoker oven after use. A small dose of washing up liquid and a slight scrape with a scraper helps. Thoroughly rinse out and leave to dry in a sunny area.
